Working Principle

The roots blower will transport the soap particles from the hopper to the large silo or cyclone separator through the gas channel below.
The large silo is used to sore the soap granules, which can be installed under the rotary feeder below and transported to the tonnage or bagging machine below.
If the production line is connected, the pipe is connected to the cyclone separator. When the soap particles are transported by air, they can be separated by a cyclone, falling down to the bottom, and the air is discharged through the upper pipe.
The air entering the cloth bag dust collector is mixed with the dust of the soap particle. The dust is filtered and intercepted by the cloth bag inside, and it falls into the dust tank below and is cleaned regularly.
