Chain Conveyor

The Chain conveyor is a product designed for the real world, engineered to handle the stress and demands of your material handling needs.
The Chain conveyor intended for horizontal or an inclined or combination of both to transport of dry, granulated floury and mealy, fine and coarse grained materials. Casing are made from four piece arrangement, flanged, factory bolted sections and are fixtures-assembled for ease of installation. All conveyors are custom made to fit your needs. Each roller-chain is specifically matched to each conveyor application with respect to capacity.
Standard Equipment :
  • Direct shaft mounted/ coupled type motor with support frame/ Bracket. Conveyor motors are energy efficient with 'F' insulation and a minimum service factor 1.25
  • Outlet hoppers with angles 45° and 55°
  • All moving parts are completely enclosed
  • UHMW sheets to prevent wear tear from chain on bottom sheets, side wall and outlet hopper
  • Drop forged and hardened/ M.S hot rolled plate bent flights with high Tensile strength. Chain design to suit the model and capacity
  • A bright bar chain guide
  • Sweeping brush for additional clearing for any material changes
  • All return rollers are lined with UHMW for smoother and quieter operation
  • Chain tension take-up system with square screw and tension springs
  • Standard solid steel sprockets & shafts
  • Inspection windows at regular intervals placed in the standard casing
  • Weather cover for gearbox motor
