Pre Cleaner
Pre Cleaner is an engineered product. It has been designed for pre cleaning at intake of grain in plants. Used for efficient cleaning of all type of cereal grains, pulses and pre cleaning of all types of seeds of all crops such as wheat, paddy, barely, maize, millets, sunflower, soya bean, oil seeds, vegetable seeds, coffee seeds etc. Main machine is constructed out of steel with sieve decks made of imported laminated wood.
Standard Equipment :
- The machine is fitted with feeding apparatus with feed roll and straw drum
- The aspiration system consist of pre-aspiration and final aspiration
- The screen system consist of two parallel working sieve decks, each with one scalping screen layer and one grading /sand screen layer
- All screens are rubber ball cleaned
- The Pre suction system removes the dust and light weight trash before screening
- The aspiration opening of the pre suction channel is adjustable thus achieving variable air velocity
- The machine is of steel construction with sieve boats of laminated Wood
